PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE REVISION OF THE LIST OF ELECTORS

Voting Day: November 2^nd, 2025

By this public notice, Terry Lafleur, returning officer, announces the following to the electors of the municipality.

1. The list of electors was filed with the office of the municipality on October 2^nd, 2025. It is currently under review.

2. To vote, you must be entered on the list of electors.

3. You have the right to be entered on the list of electors if, on voting day:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are a Canadian citizen;
• You have not lost the right to vote due to a tutorship;
• You have not been convicted of a corrupt electoral practice in the previous five years.

In addition, you must meet one of the following two conditions on November 2^nd, 2025:

• Be domiciled on the territory of the RCM and for at least six months in Québec.
• For at least 45 days, own an immovable or occupy a business establishment located on the territory of the RCM.onvicted of a corrupt electoral practice in the previous five years.

NOTE: If you are not domiciled in the RCM and want to exercise your voting right, you will need to send an application for entry or a power of attorney to the returning officer.

4. If you are an elector domiciled in a local municipality on the territory of the RCM, you will be able to consult the list of electors and submit an application for entry, striking or correction before the board of revisors of that municipality. You must consult the public notice of the revision of the list of electors of this municipality for the place, dates and times.

5. If you are an elector domiciled in an unorganized territory (T.N.O), you will be able to submit an application for entry, striking or correction before the board of revisors at the following location, on the days and during the hours indicated.

6. If someone wishes to make an application for entry for a person domiciled in the territory of the RCM, they must indicate that person’s previous address and present two documents: one indicating the name and date of birth and the other, their name and domicile address.
