Forest Management

Our Forests

The Pontiac MRC forestry department is a dynamic and experienced team with a wide ranging mandate and is involved in most of the Pontiac MRC’s forestry files. This requires ongoing cooperation with citizens, elected officials and several other partners. This service is therefore a primary meeting place for all individuals connected to the forestry sector.

Here is an overview of the files in which the forest service is involved.

For any questions related to MRC Pontiac’s Forest Management Services, contact Jason Durand, Director of Territory (Forests) at (819) 648-5689, ext. 219 or email: j.durand@mrcpontiac.qc.ca.
