In accordance with Section 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given by Ms. Jane Toller, Warden of the Pontiac RCM, that a special sitting of the Council of the TNO of Lac Nilgaut and a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the Pontiac RCM are convened and to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 10 am at the Elsie Gibbons room at the MRC Pontiac offices*, and where will be considered the following items:

2. Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM art. 153)
3. Recording of the sitting & YouTube
4. Declaration – use of the language of your choice
5. Statement by the Warden – decorum

9. Finances – Accounts Paid
10. 2nd question period and statements
11. Closing
