While intended as a short- and medium-term planning tool for the Pontiac’s IntraMunicipal Public Lands (TPI), the scope of this document attempts to align a resourcerich natural environment with a population whose aspirations and culture are deeply rooted in the land.
The whole community must now work together to update and implement TPI development projects based on the human and biophysical potential of the territory. The challenges are numerous and complex, but also exciting and constructive. This plan leads to overall objectives that must translate to actions (page 18).
