NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, Director General and Clerk-Treasurer of the Regional County Municipality of Pontiac, that Council has adopted By-law 309-2026 repealing and replacing by-law no. 278-2022 enacting THE CODE OF ETHICS AND GOOD CONDUCT APPLICABLE TO THE WARDEN OF THE MRC PONTIAC.
The persons interested will be able to consult the By-Law between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the offices of the Regional County Municipality of Pontiac located at 602, Route 301 Nord (intersection of highways 148 and 301) in Litchfield, at the office of each of the member-municipalities on the territory of the said Regional County Municipality and on the MRC Pontiac website at the following link: https://mrcpontiac.qc.ca/en.
