In accordance with Article 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, Jane Toller, Warden of the Pontiac MRC, that a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the Pontiac MRC is convened and to be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 5:30 p.m at the Elsie Gibbons room at the MRC Pontiac offices, and where will be considered the following items:
- Opening and attendance
- Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM 153)
- Recording of the sitting
- Declaration – use of the language of your choice
- Statement by the Warden – decorum
- Reading and adoption of the agenda
- Declaration of interest or conflict
- Appointment – Economic Development Director
- HR file
- Closing
