Destination Pontiac is proud to announce the transformation of its Tourist Information Office, now more modern and welcoming for visitors and residents alike. These improvements are designed to offer an enriched experience and services that are even better adapted to the needs of the community and tourists.
New features include:
- A selection of local products: The Bureau now offers a variety of handcrafted products made in the Pontiac, highlighting the talent and know-how of our local artisans. More products will be added in the coming months.
- An interactive digital panel: This new tool enables the MRC Pontiac to disseminate information on various events taking place on the territory, promote local products, and share health and safety messages and important reminders.
These improvements mark an important milestone for Destination Pontiac, reinforcing its role as a hub of information and promotion for the region.

Not only will they benefit the community, but they will also provide tourists with better information resources during their stay,” says Andrée Laforest, Minister of Municipal Affairs.

These improvements were made possible thanks to the vitalization agreement signed between the MRC Pontiac and the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation as part of the Fonds régions et ruralité.
