This initiative aims to meet the growing demand for housing by making it easier for tenants and landlords to find and contact each other. Accessible to all, the platform makes it easy to view available listings or post offers, simplifying medium and long term rentals.
“This platform centralizes the offers available on the MRC Pontiac real estate market, simplifying the housing search for tenants. Landlords can also easily publish their ads and reach a larger number of potential tenants,” says Rachel Soar Flandé, Economic Development Officer (Housing) at the MRC Pontiac.
To ensure the success of this initiative, it is essential that owners register their rental properties on the platform. The more varied the offer, the more effectively it will meet everyone’s needs. For tenants, the platform enables a fast, personalized search by property type or budget. For landlords, it’s a simple, free service offering increased visibility.
