Individuals and organizations wishing to express their views will be heard. The purpose of this by-law is to regulate the occupancy and maintenance of buildings in order to ensure the protection of the built<br>heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At a meeting held on May 13, 2026, the Council of the Pontiac Regional County Municipality adopted the following draft by-law applicable throughout the territory: <strong>DRAFT BY LAW 310-2026 &#8211; BY\u2011LAW RESPECTING THE OCCUPANCY AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE UNORGANIZED TERRITORY OF LAC\u2011NILGAUT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The draft bylaw will be presented at a public consultation meeting to be held on August 12 , 2026 at 7:00 pm at the MRC Pontiac\u2019s Elsie Gibbons Room located at au 602, Route 301 Nord, Campbell&#8217;s Bay, Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A copy of the draft by-law may be consulted at the reception desk of the offices of the Pontiac RCM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given in Litchfield on July 15, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kim Lesage, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General Director and Clerk-Treasurer of the Pontiac Regional County Municipality (RCM)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PUBLIC NOTICE CANADA PROVINCE OF QU\u00c9BEC REGIONAL COUNTY MUNICIPALITY OF PONTIAC MUNICIPALITY OF LITCHFIELD Public consultation meeting on the draft by-law respecting the occupancy and maintenance of buildings in the Unorganized territory of Lac-Nilgaut During this consultation, the draft by-law will be explained, along with the consequences of its adoption.
