It is currently under review.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. To vote, you must be entered on the list of electors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. You have the right to be entered on the list of electors if, on voting day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">You are 18 years of age or older;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a Canadian citizen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have not lost the right to vote due to a tutorship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have not been convicted of a corrupt electoral practice in the previous five years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, you must meet&nbsp;<strong>one<\/strong>&nbsp;of the following two conditions on November 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be domiciled on the territory of the RCM and for at least six months in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For at least 45 days, own an immovable or occupy a business establishment located on the territory of the RCM.<span style=\"color: initial;\">onvicted of a corrupt electoral practice in the previous five years.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTE: If you are not domiciled in the RCM and want to exercise your voting right, you will need to send an application for entry or a power of attorney to the returning officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. If you are an elector domiciled in a local municipality on the territory of the RCM, you will be able to consult the list of electors and submit an application for entry, striking or correction before the board of revisors of that municipality.
