The pre-payment or the amount of the auction is payable in cash (maximum amount in cash of $7,499.00) or bank draft to the order of MRC Pontiac &#8211; TAX SALE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The health crisis related to Covid 19 could have an impact on the holding, location or conduct of the planned sale. In some cases, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the<\/li>\n<li>Quebec Sales Tax (QST) will have to be paid. In this case, a successful bidder registered with the government for these taxes will have to provide his registration numbers for these taxes;<\/li>\n<li>All successful bidders must present two (2) pieces of valid identification, one (1) with a photo. In the case of a private company, a copy of the charter, a power of attorney authorizing the agent to act, as well as two (2) pieces of identification deemed valid, one (1) of which must include a photo of the agent, will be required, failing which the property will be put up for sale immediately;<\/li>\n<li>All immovables so sold are subject to the one (1) year right of withdrawal provided for in Section 1057 of the Municipal Code;<\/li>\n<li>All advance payments must be made at the office of the MRC Pontiac 602, Route 301 N., Campbell&#8217;s Bay, Quebec, in cash (maximum amount of $7,499.00) or bank draft to the MRC Pontiac &#8211;
