RE: Call for applications in order to fill a position on the CISSS of Outaouais Board of Directors \u2013 Independent member with expertise in auditing, performance and quality management competency<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Integrated Health and Social Services Centre (CISSS) of Outaouais is seeking candidates to fill a vacancy on its Board of Directors (BOD), namely: \u201cindependent member with auditing, performance and quality management competency\u201d.<\/p>\n

To be eligible, the person must meet the independence criteria defined by Quebec\u2019s Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS), which appear in the nomination document. On that form, the candidate will also have to indicate how he meet the criteria of \u201cindependent member with expertise auditing, performance and quality management competency\u201d.<\/p>\n

The BOD of the CISSS of Outaouais must ensure the representativeness of the various parts of the territory served by the institution and follow the gender parity rule (section 17 of the Act to modify the organization and governance of the health and social services network, in particular by abolishing the regional agencies <\/em>(the Act)). The RCM of Pontiac is currently under-represented on the BOD, as are women. To find out the current BOD representatives, please visit the following web page (French Only):<\/p>\n
