The cover plan is a fire risk management and decision-making tool for municipal elected officials. For people responsible for emergency operations, it is also a planning tool.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3060236
