Triennial Roll, 3rd Year

DEPOSIT OF THE REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENT TRIENNIAL ROLL (AND ROLL OF RENTAL VALUES IF IT APPLIES) OF THE (T.N.O) PONTIAC – TR840 of the Regional County Municipality of Pontiac for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 period.

PUBLIC NOTICE is, hereby, given by Bernard Roy, Secretary-treasurer and Director General:

That the summary reflecting the roll’s condition for the second year of the triennial roll of the (T.N.O.) PONTIAC for the Regional County Municipality of Pontiac for the 2016,2017 and 2018 period (triennial roll) has been deposited at my office on September 11th, 2017.

That anyone may consult the roll at its convenience during the opening hours of the city office.

A revision request as provided in Section 1 of Chapter X of an Act respecting municipal taxation must be files before May 1st, 2018;

The revision request must be files on the form made to this effect and accompanied by the amount of money prescribed by the By-Law number 226-2016; otherwise, it will be assumed that the request was not deposited. The form and the By-Law number 226-2016 are available at the MRC Pontiac, at the address mentioned below.

The filing of the request is made when the form mentioned, duly completed, is handed or sent by registered mail to the Regional County Municipality of Pontiac, located at 602, Route 301 North in Campbell’s Bay;

When the request is made by the handing of the form duly completed, it is reputed to have been deposited on the day of its reception. When the request is sent by registered mail, the request is reputed to have been deposited on the day it was sent.
