In accordance with Section 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, Jane Toller, Warden of the Pontiac RCM, that a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the Pontiac RCM is convened and to be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 10 am at the Elsie Gibbons room at the MRC Pontiac offices, and where will be considered the following items:
- Opening and attendance
- Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM 153)
- Recording of the sitting
- Declaration – use of the language of your choice
- Statement by the Warden – decorum
- Reading and adoption of the agenda
- Declaration of interest or conflict
