Green Light for the Renovation of the Exterior of the MRC Building

MRC Pontiac Council of Elected Representatives has retained Mercier Pfalzgraf Architectes for the renovation of the exterior shell of the MRC Building. The $ 18,200 service agreement will cover drafting, the tendering process, supervision and contract management. In addition to matching the exterior design of the old structure to the new building, this renovation will correct some weaknesses in insulation and ventilation, typical of 1960’s constructions, to produce energy savings and improve air quality and the confort of its occupants.
