Contract for the reception, transport and disposal of household waste in the MRC Pontiac

Campbell’s Bay, August 13, 2019— At a Special Sitting held on August 12^th, 2019 at 7:30pm, the Council of Mayors awarded the contract for the reception, transportation and elimination of household waste in the MRC Pontiac to Campbell’s Bay Cement, who was the lowest bidder.

Services with the new contractor will begin on Monday, August 19^th, 2019 at a cost of $ 258.48 per ton. The contract is for a period of three years, with an option to renew for an additional two years.
