Today, October 26, is the opening of the second call for applications for 2022 under the Funds for Major Events: Regional, National and International.
Festivals and events considered under this policy are distinguished by the high visibility they bring to the Pontiac and the significant social and economic benefits they generate, or by the successful expansion of an existing event or festival.
- Local events or festivals – maximum amount that can be requested: $500
- Growing tourism events or festivals – maximum amount that can be requested: $2,000
- Structuring tourism events or festivals – maximum amount that can be requested: $5,000;
Applications will now be processed twice (2) per year, based on predetermined deadlines.
- Deadline: December 2 at noon, for events taking place between January 1 and May 31.
