Amendments to the Land Use and Development Plan Relative to Destructured Tracts and Building New Homes in the Agricultural Zone

Warden Durocher and MRC Pontiac Counselors Winston Sunstrum and Terrence Murdock will form the advisory committee that will lead a public consultation on the modification of the Land Use and Development plan with regards to destructured tracts and building new residences on 10 to 100 hectares land areas in the viable and forested agricultural zones.

The proposed changes will consolidate destructured tracts and encourage smaller-scale agricultural activities and new business development. The Pontiac can view the draft regulation on the MRC Pontiac website.
