data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Following the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.habitation.gouv.qc.ca\/\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;Habitation du Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>, the MRC is mandated to run these programs on its territory.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14b0160c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"14b0160c\" Qu\u00e9bec informed the MRC that the 2025-2026 program for R\u00e9noR\u00e9gion had closed. This document will also serve as your authorization to begin work.<\/li><li>Once\u00a0the work is completed, the SHQ inspector will check whether the work has been completed in\u00a0accordance with the work estimate specifications and report back to the MRC.
